Info: I bought a custom fodder lot of figures from the mighty "G.I.JOE HQ" store which had a Cobra Commander figure in it. Since I had abandoned my older project (CC with removable helmet), I decided to repaint this spare figure like the old hooded one from the 80's. No big whoop, because a couple other people have done it too. The only thing that makes mine a little different is that I didn't put any red in the new color scheme... just blue, black and gold.
